Opening the Barn Doors - Alberta Open Farm Days August 23, 2017 10:18

This past weekend, August 19 and 20, we hosted Alberta Open Farm Days and had visitors come from all over Alberta to tour our farm. The purpose was to showcase what agriculture can produce and what makes Triple Lyoness Farm unique. Visitors could see where we raise our animals, the feed that they eat, and pet feathers and fur of various creatures. We featured a hay ride, beef and chicken samples, and a farm walk to see the main working areas. I loved seeing everyone come out, answering your questions, and encouraging you to be an agriculture advocate.
We opened up conversations about herbicides, brown or white eggs, abattoirs, and other topics that conscience consumers want to talk about. I always encourage questions and for anyone to contact us if they are wondering about our products! From our farm to your table, we want you enjoy eating our meat.
